next Vince Furnier ![]() Pseudonym: Alice Cooper Vince Furnier (1948), the American pop performer, chose this (female) name (in 1969) to illustrate his theory that ‘people are both male and female biologically’ and to draw attention to his group, the Nazz (originally Earwigs, then Spiders).
