Huff The Texan author Thomas Huff (1938–1990) wrote many best-selling gothic novels. He rechristened himself Jennifer Wilde to venture convincingly into bodice-ripping historical romance. He did so with the novel ‘Love’s Tender Fury’ (1976), and although he had used other female pseudonyms, none earned him the kind of success he experienced as Wilde. Other pseudonyms were Beatrice Parker, Edwina Marlow, Jennifer Wilde, Katherine St. Clair, T. E. Huff and Tom E. Huff. Source: Ciuraru, C.
